With integrated meter diagnostics and centralised health monitoring, simplified validation of KROHNE metering systems is already in place. Critical processes might nevertheless require additional periodic validation or recalibration of instrumentation. The validation provided by the experienced KROHNE engineers is for example based on diagnostic parameters, expert diagnostics systems and instrument calibration.
Re-calibration of flowmeters can be conducted in a KROHNE or third-party accredited calibration facility, depending on the type of instrument and geographical location. Uncertainty calculations can be offered for agreement with all parties involved.
